GREENART / COOKIE & TRACKING POLICY
Cookie & Tracking Policy
Version 3.0 · Last updated 8 September 2026
This page explains the technical storage and optional tracking technologies used by GreenArt. Non-essential tracking is disabled by default and is activated only after your consent.

1. Default: no optional tracking
The intro page does not activate optional analytics/tracking and does not display the privacy-choice modal. When the visitor continues to another page, the privacy-choice panel is displayed if no valid choice is stored. Optional tracking remains off unless “Accept all” is selected.
2. Strictly necessary local storage
- greenart-language — remembers the language you selected; purpose: user interface preference; duration: until changed or browser storage is cleared.
- greenart-privacy-choice-v2 — remembers whether the user selected all, essential only or reject, together with choice version/time and, only for tracking consent, a pseudonymous consent ID; purpose: apply the selected privacy mode; duration: until changed, the choice version is replaced, or browser storage is cleared.
These preference items are not used for advertising or behavioural profiling and are necessary to provide the choices requested by the user.
3. Optional GreenArt first-party tracking
If you select “Accept all”, GreenArt may activate its first-party analytics software only after that affirmative choice. “Accept essential only” and “Reject” keep the analytics layer disabled.
- Typical events: page views and explicitly instrumented site interactions;
- typical fields: pseudonymous consent ID, event name, page path (without form content), timestamp, selected language, referrer and limited viewport/device information;
- purpose: measure website use, diagnose experience issues and improve GreenArt's digital services;
- legal basis: consent;
- recipient: GreenArt's configured analytics system and technical processors strictly needed to operate it.
Before production use, the actual analytics endpoint and any additional fields/cookies introduced by GreenArt's tracking software must match this policy. If the software changes materially, this policy and the consent version must be updated before deployment.
4. No form-content tracking
The tracking layer supplied with this package does not read or transmit the contents of the B2B form. B2B form data are handled separately under the Privacy Policy.
5. How to accept, reject or withdraw
The panel offers three actions: “Accept all” (essential functions plus optional tracking), “Accept essential only” (B2B form available, no optional tracking) and “Reject” (no optional tracking and B2B submission disabled). Public pages remain accessible in every case. You can reopen Privacy Choices at any time. Moving from “Accept all” to another option immediately stops new optional tracking events from that browser.
6. Third-party tracking
This package does not intentionally enable third-party advertising or profiling trackers. If services such as advertising pixels, non-essential embedded media or additional analytics tools are introduced later, they must remain blocked until the required consent is obtained and this policy must be updated.
